11 Producers and 147 Entries: The Flower Range in Polish Pharmacies (October 2026)

How many producers supply flower to Polish pharmacies, how many formulations do they have, and how much do they differ in THC range? We collected public data from pharmacy pages, leaflets and producer websites. As of 19.10.2026: 11 producers, 39 formulations, 147 entries.

An entry is a strain at a given THC content, so the same strain appearing at two THC values counts twice. The text describes the market and does not recommend any product.

The "Country" column gives what follows from the producers' product pages and websites. Where the sources are not unambiguous, we leave "no data".

An example from 2025 shows the pace. On 24 June 2025 Aurora announced the launch in Poland of two products: Farm Gas (THC 27%, CBD <1%) from 30 June on prescription, and Sourdough (THC 29%, CBD <1%) from the beginning of August. According to the announcement, the products are grown and manufactured at Canadian facilities with GACP and EU-GMP certification.

Today both products (Aurora THC 27% and 29%) are in our overview. It is a good illustration that the October 2026 overview will become outdated faster than it seems. That is why we record the verification date for each entry.

The overview collects publicly available data from producers, distributors and pharmacies. For 136 of the 147 entries the verification source is a pharmacy page, for 10 the producer's material, for one a strain database. You will find the full list with links to sources in the product overview.

It is not an official register and does not replace the leaflet of a specific package.

Which producer is the best?

We do not rate that. The text describes the market in numbers and does not recommend products; the choice is made by the doctor.

Is this a complete list of everything in pharmacies?

It is a list of entries that we managed to confirm in public sources on 19.10.2026. New products appear and disappear, so check current availability, which we write about in the article on why a product is sometimes out of stock at the pharmacy.

Why do producers differ in the number of entries?

From the way a producer records its offers: some have many strains under one formulation (S-LAB, Tilray), others one strain per formulation (Cantourage).
